The package arrived in 3 days, from the other side of the world. Not to mention the sax is in fantastic condition for a used item. They answered my questions promptly and were very understanding of any concerns I had. Even with the tariffs, the price was better than anything I'd seen on Marketplace. Can't recommend Lext Music Tokyo enough!

They even negotiated with me on the price, even after they had “eaten” the 10% tariff by offering a coupon for 10% off the price. I have not yet seen my tenor sax because it arrived at a dhl facility since we were on vacation, but I have no reason to doubt their honesty in the presentation of the product.
