The seller was also nonresponsive when I attempted to contact about the shipping arrival date. Zero customer service! Gave a false arrival date after my prompt payment then did not respond. I had to go out late the night before my trip to pay full price for alternative shoes. NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!
