Tackles humidity well
I bought this to replace an older Kenmore 70 pint unit. The Honeywell is quiet and does not ice up, while definitely lowering my basement humidity. As some people have stated, the bucket is on the small size so I am emptying it twice a day in our humid August in Wisconsin. I set mine at 45% humidity, so it will go down to almost 40% humidity as there is a dead-band (the manual described this). The WiFi capabilities are simple yet nice.
