    Part arrived on time. Box all banged up, both outside and inside from it being thrown around, repeatedly. Has a few small gouges out of it. They are replacing it. Hopefully it's packed better, as a thin piece of foam doesn't protect it, from being thrown around. At least this store is taking care of replacing it. Ordered a left side, apparently from different store(didn't know at first that was thrown around so hard, was sticking out of the box when it arrived. They won't answer my emails.

    Item was received, however hardware was missing and the box had clearly been opened and repackaged. Appearance suggests it is new, despite the repackaging. I was able to purchase the hardware seperately from an online retailer and the seller refunded me the amount I spent on the hardware. Overall, the value of the item was very good. Quality was new and as advertised. I am satisfied with the transaction.
