    Charged $29.80 S & H. Expected better. Arrived in many pieces. Platter & ladle weren’t secured. Not even a thin layer of bubble wrap. Minimal effort to ensure they arrived intact. If they had been wrapped in several layers of large bubble wrap secured by tape & the box filled tightly with packing materials. So they couldn’t move, I’m sure they would have arrived intact. Never had this experience with other vendors shipments of FF China. So disappointed. Contacted seller earlier tonight.
