    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR. I contacted the seller to avoid giving negative feedback. I spent over $62.00 . The Goblets are for Thanksgiving Day. 2 of the 91/4” goblets arrived broken. I suggested a $25.00 refund so I can apply it to a new purchase and FAST delivery. The package should be insured. I included pictures of the broken goblets and the box. REFUSED!!! In addition to the $62.00, I now spent $32.00 and I’m hoping the goblets get here before Thanksgiving.

    Not a business or “vendor”…family trying to clean out the house. Again, I’m so, so very sorry the USPS damaged the box/glasses. Clarifications:- Your pictures showed the items were well packaged, marked fragile, and that the box was smashed in shipping.- Your demanded $25 (62.5%) refund is unreasonable when you paid $40 (+shipping) for glassware valued at $100+. I had already given you your requested 20% discount on my item listed at 50% less than the going rate. ($5/glass instead of $12.50)
