    So, this is the third one of the lunar lander sets I've purchased. Way overpaid for my first one at a Lego convention but I've more than made up for it by getting used ones at low prices. I traded the second at local LEGO store for more Lego. This one is my favorite one because there was an unused light kit with it. Which I found to be quite a surprise. And it was only missing one less important sticker. I like this set because it's got pretty gold metallic pieces. My favorite Lego color.

    Never a big Lego fan until now! I am 68 years old and I built my fist Lego set, "the Lunar Lander" , and I loved it! The Lunar Lander is an iconic piece of our US history and the space program. I found the Lego Lunar Lander kit to be very enjoyable to build, instructions were clear and esey to understand and I learned some things about the Apollo program, the moon landing, the Apollo 11 mission, the moon landing and takeoff, and the Lunar Lander itself

    This is an excellent set! Challenging and keeps your attention. Many little details that are not apparent on the box. I highly recommend this set to the experienced builder. As a side note, get a display case to protect it from dust and give it a "collectable" feel.
