Communications were smooth aside from the occasional language barrier. Packaging was excellent with no sign of visible damage. My main issue in the process was the delayed shipping. I believe it was due to the complications of shipping with my Bachi ordered separately. We had two delivery dates but both only arrived on the later date and wasn't explained to well. Will be conducting future business!
