I saw this come up in my search and was excited to purchase it. It had scratches all around and some faded stains in the front. Since I can’t return it, I’m just stuck with it. It was in her closet and I had only taken it out of the bag to take the pictures. The white bag may have been faded, but not the purse and definitely should not have a scratch on it. It was her favorite and when it sold, I felt guilty, hence the few days it took me to ship it. I thought maybe somebody else would enjoy it more than me. Maybe I will use it one day if you want to discuss a refund.
