    This is a good, solid, tough bit.

    I've drilled 18 holes with this bit through 1/4" steel, it's still cutting through it like it did when I took it out of the package. I do have to turn the steel over and drill from both sides to get the hole even of course. I've also drilled several all the way to 7/8" through 5/16" steel as well. This bit eats it like it's nothing. Used floor standing drill press. I have had other bits like this and I always end up busting the tip but so far this one is hanging in there. If you are drilling sheet metal, stainless, aluminum, etc you should have no problem.

    time saver

    this bit is a time saver and so far has done a good job the only thing is the little starter tip broke off and I have to use a small bit to start a pilot hole but this thing works pretty good.

    Good Bit

    My husband uses these on his job and he says this is the best brand he has used. He works on highway construction repair and has to drill a lot of holes, so he goes through a lot of bits. This is a good product at a good price.

    Worthless excuses

    Cancelled my order sating that the drill bit "damaged when s shelf collapsed"/ I got the same excuse a year or so ago from the same company. Garbage people to deal with. Couldn't just backorder. Worthless
