    Item as pictured, but seller failed to include clear description of thickness. These arm pads are extremely thin and that should have been mentioned. Also, my oversight, but seller has a ridiculous no return policy which is awful for people seeking this type of item. Good packing and shipped in a reasonable time frame but just BEWARE of items lacking details and the no return policy. People seeking these items from eBay sellers is because they are difficult or prohibitive from DMEs/insurance.

    After multiple messages exchanged with seller, he is clearly aware of the concerns raised, yet has another set of these for sale with no side picture and no added description of how thin they are. Make sure you get what you need from seller BEFORE buying as he will NOT work with you and is now willfully NEGLIGENT in his product details. This is intentional - so a feature, not a bug. And with NO RETURN POLICY, he obviously doesn't care. BUYER BEWARE as he refuses a very easy solution.
