Determined this was due to only a 30 ft lift and motor was barely straining to pump. Restricted the flow and it read great and after creating enough feedback pressure it ran valve open and lived up to its claims. I am very happy with the purchase and the prompt replies to the seller (charge angel). I would most certainly purchase from them again.
