    case is perfect not beat up like some described

    Just had it a few days but seems to be fine. The wifi isn't built in as I thought it was by the description, it's a usb plug in but seems to work fine. There was also no mention that it would be a Windows 7 rebuilt but it is. it doesn't seem to be any faster than my windows 7 it replaced, for security reasons. That's why I said it it isn't fast, I use Chrome not Edge so that might be part of the speed issue. I don't play seriously gaming games so not a real issue for me. Just need reliable and secure, it did come with windows security installed and functioning it was also updated. I'm sorta new to Windows 10 so I probably don't know all its advantages.

    A perfect package computer

    I've been happy with remanufactured Dell computers and have bought three now from premiumgraphicx-apt. Of course the big deal is saving a lot of money over new and any improvements I want over time are easy to do and inexpensive. This machine is just like new with fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro owned by me alone and came with a re-install disk Not a copy of an existing Window account, but new and in my name. Over time I may add RAM or a fancier graphics card, but out of the box the computer is great. I recommend this kind of computer for anyone who is budget challenged!

    Still an excellent performer!

    Up arrival, I had some issues. Asked for help and had the bio upgraded. Now, it works a bit faster than my solid Dell XPS 8700 ( which I purchased new.) This is a work horse! It runs very quit most of the time. If you find an used one with good condition, buy it! Just make sure that you can handle the BIO, the reinstalling of windows and so on. It has embedded Windows 8 serial number. So, you may install windows 8 using any existing discs (back-up discs). Then you may still upgrade the system to Windows 10 for free now.

    Good PC for most use cases

    While you're not going to take home any performance awards with the Dell OptiPlex 9020 PC it does have enough tech to get most things done fairly well. Adding a decent low profile graphics card (ex 1050 ti LP) may even let you do some modern gaming at low to medium settings. The key thing here is bang for the buck. It's hard to find anything with these specs for this low price.

    Great deal on performance machine

    A really steadfast computer at a good price. I already had one (bought on Ebay also) and I typically run over 30 open windows plus word processing and graphic programs (and solitaire) at the same time with degradation of performance. This is one of Dells workhorses.
