    The product itself is good. However, if you're trying to return it, you're never going to get your money back. They make you ship it to 6215 NE 92nd Dr Portland, OR, 97253 (their US warehouse), but no such place exists and the postal office will automatically redirect it to 6215 NE 92nd Dr Portland, OR, 97220. There are many reviews of this warehouse saying it's a common place for scams. So now they say they haven't gotten the return and cannot refund me until they receive said package.

    We provided you with the correct warehouse address. It was you who entered the wrong address when returning the item. It is not that we are refusing to refund you. You claimed our address does not exist, but recently we have had other customers return items to this address, and our warehouse received their returns normally. We also communicated with you to have you contact the post office to return the item to your address and resend it, but you did not contact the post office.
