    It's tough ordering things over such long distances because sometimes things do happen, like an unknown defect. There is the cost of return shipping, more customs BS, and so much more time because of this. You have to really do some calculus to figure what's best. This was an example of such a scenario, the seller was responsive and willing to work it out and thats 90% of the battle right there. In the end we came to a compromise and in ok with that. I would order again from the seller.
