I have been using this for several years. So I thought it would be the same when buying online. It appears to be more "bubbly" in the container. It did have shrink wrap around the top though. However, it doesn't have the scent isn't as strong as when I buy it from the store. I don't know what the answer is, just that it isn't the same as when I purchase at the store. So I think it is a case of getting what you pay for. I'll stick to buying it full price at the store.
