Blanket arrived dirty, torn hem, and stained . Described by seller as "no damage". Auction pictures did not show any of the problems.
There are about 10 total yellowish spots, some the size of a dime. The drycleaner thinks they are glue.
Seller proposed a partial refund and we agreed this was acceptable. But then seller only paid half of what was agreed after several extra days and multiple reminders. Neutral since seller paid some.
