    Item is as advertised, and like new. Very glad to have it. It was very close to being junk when delivered, due to inadequate packaging. 100% of the lightweight pillows were popped. Because only two heavyweight pillows were holding it, one corner of the TM504 wore thru the cardboard shipping box in two places. The two tall knobs on the LA501W were getting wear on them too,, so near being damaged! I messaged the seller, seller has ignored me.

    The NGS is a great tool to have For old OBD II Fords.

    The NGS is a great easy to use scan tool on older OBD II Fords. I ended up replacing the cable because it had broken clips and buying a red card so I could do more with the NGS.
