Came with a second pair that were tunnels which got stuck in my ear. I'm very disappointed and wish I had saved my money. I didn't realize I should have bought stone plugs instead so at least they won't fuse to my ear when they get stuck. Condition was as advertised in the picture and definitely worth the price. I also enjoy the fact the seller offers half-sizing in the gauges as it makes it so much easier to stretch, and most companies don’t offer half-sized gauges.
