    A Totally Unbelievable Film That Had Much Potential

    This film appeared to be promising. What could go wrong with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt? A hardly believable story for one and uninteresting chemistry between them. Mr. and Mrs. Smith is about a married couple whom both are hit men working for different hit men companies without suspecting each others' secret lives. The premise alone sounds far-fetched, but the beginning of the film automatically leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. The characters seem to be comfortably sitting on couches both talking to the therapist about their ever decreasing interest in each other. I sensed that something was terribly wrong when by the end of that extended scene I was feeling sleepy and clueless. I had no idea who were these people, nor did I care. Eventually, after they find out about their secret ...

    A really fun movie!

    This is no Oscar nominee, but it is such a fun, tongue-in-cheek movie that pokes fun at the secret agent genre of films as well as using humor found in the cliches of marriage. There's a good looking lead cast compiled of Brad Pitt, Angelina Jole, and Vince Vaughn. If you looking for a fun flick that you and your sweetheart can both enjoy, this is it!

    Plenty of action...

    My husband and I watched this and decided our marriage is pretty boring compared to Mr. and Mrs. Smith's. The movie is great fun, though, with lots of action and plenty of laughs. It was funny to watch the scene with Angelina Jolie trying to figure out how to hold a baby in light of all her children in real life. I would recommend the movie for fun and entertainment. Just don't think about it too hard.

    Terrific Movie and great chemistry!!!

    I love this movie and have watched it over 20 times and never gets old. The acting is just right for the tone of the movie and characters. It is not over the top with either spy storyline or romantic/comedy aspect of it. The characters in the movie show they truly love one another without the actual word being uttered not even once in the movie. Their actions spoke volumes of their feelings for one another and the situation at hand. John & Jane Smith are two people who although care for one another, are trying to protect/shield their own vulnerability when it comes to matters of the heart. It is an excellent choice if you want to see a movie with action in it and a little plot highlighting the difficulties of relationships!
