So the good: the painting is as shown. The not-so-good: the shipping was very slow, the communication was non-existent (no responses to multiple queries on when it would ship and what the tracking number was once it showed as shipped), and the packaging was a brown paper bag taped around the painting, slid into a slim-fitting thin cardboard box. The box arrived with a tear in it; it was very fortunate the painting itself wasn't torn as well, because it had hardly any protection.

Package was sent on time, tracking provided on eBay website, package arrived within 3 business days of being shipped. Package was well wrapped, not my fault if the USPS ripped the box, but no fault of mine, and you say it wasn’t damaged.

As described and photographed. Adequate packaging. However, shipping speed was terrible! Seller had an understandable emergency that caused an initial shipping delay-understandable/life happens. However when seller finally mailed the item, it was sent via ground shipping! It has taken almost a month to receive this item. This was a tiny painting and weighed nothing. Keep the customer happy and mail 2-day priority mail when shipping late!

I communicated the family emergency and the package was sent as soon as I could, and via the advertised shipping method. Customer responded in understanding and did not make any faster shipping request, so I sent as advertised. The package arrived to customer 6 business days after I shipped, not a month.
