2002 Mercury Top Cowling 75 HP. Fits 1988-2003 4 stroke 75-90-115 (check w mfg).  Condition is "Used". Top Cowl Assembly "black". Reconditioned. Fiberglassed a crack in corner, filled nicks, cuts, scratches, sanded, automotive paint 4-5 thin layers. As is per pics. No returns due to freight. Came out good. Left on the front sticker and raised Mercury logo still in good condition. Others were faded and peeling. $30-$83 OEM for new stickers on ebay.
