    A bit overpriced right now but still a strong gpu.

    I build computers as a hobby. i grab stuff that is going to work well together and build a beautiful and great working pc. i paired this with a 6700k ands 16gb of ram and it blew me away. the 1060 is still a contender for a beginning gaming pc.

    Great performer without the high electric bill!

    Even in 2021 this card is a great performer!!! I've used it for only one game but it consistently performs at 60 FPS without any stutter, screen tearing or hesitation at all. It's also "factory" overclocked so well within temperature range of safe operation while getting top performance, EVGA overclocking is excellent by any standard. Why over spend for bragging rights only? The GTX xx60 series cards perform flawlessly AND without the heavy power draw you'll get from the xx70 and xx80 series, especially when it comes to the Ti models. I've used for streaming, gaming and work for only a few months but I am definitely impressed with the quality and temperatures and it's power "sipping" which saves me a good $40 - $60 per month in my electric bill. And currently there's no price decreases ...

    Best card for 1080p

    Before this I had a GTX 960 and a GTX 1050 Ti. I can say without a doubt this is the best card to play games at 1080p resolution right now. I can max out every game I have right now with a high frame rate at or near 60. A 1070 would of course run everything flawlessly, but from the performance I get it seems like overkill, unless you want to maybe downscale from 1440p.

    No wasted $$

    I love this purchase because, I wasn't ready for a full upgrade on my computer system. Buying this Video card ssolved some of my issues while gaming and essentially bought me more time on a newer computer! Great value for the $$$. When I am ready to build the next machine I will take the card and use it as my base for the next build. NOWASTED MONEY!
