The saw arrived in a very beat up box. But I reached out to Larry after verifying the saw was operable. I told him that there was no key for changing the blade. His communication was prompt every time. He immediately shipped a replacement key. I appreciate the communication. The item appeared to be new and was in operable as described, I was very nervous after seeing how badly the box was mutilated. Not that it was caused by the seller. If I had one suggestion it would be to use a shipping box.
