The walker was listed as open box new condition. The walker is in excellent condition except for a ripped/ torn cloth seat. The vendor has been very quick to respond but did not have a replacement seat. The vendor did provide a refund for the approximate price of a replacement seat but I will have to find one. There are so many different models out there I hope I can find the correct one. Since the vendor was quick to respond and try to make this right I gave a positive review.
