    Two cats that can sniff out crime

    Cat Trick is the fourth book in Sofie Kelly's Magical Cat mystery series, that stands at 11 volumes as of the fall of 2019. Although each book stands as a complete story with a cast of continuing characters, I recommend starting with the series first title, 2012's Curiosity Thrilled the Cat, and reading them in order. What's magical about the cats? If you can accept the fact that Owen can become invisible at will and Hercules can walk through solid doors and walls, you can enjoy the stories. Each book includes a murder that librarian/heroine Kathleen Paulson becomes involved with. Her two cats often have more to do with solving the mystery than the local small town, Minnesota, police department.

    Worth the time to read if for fun!

    If you enjoy cats and you like a fun and quick read- this is for you. The book is easy reading yet has some substance with mystery and even a little romance thrown in.
