This cookware is what dreams are made of. It's solidly constructed, but not heavy. You can use metal utensils with it and not worry about ruining it. The handles are truly stay cool. They do get warm, but not hot. They're dishwasher safe, oven safe, and nice to look at. I'd buy these again in a heartbeat! The only thing that I don't like is the rivets on the handles are exposed on the inside of these pans, which means that food can get stuck on them. Since this set is so wonderful, that is easily overlooked.

Until I recently saw this product listed in EBAY and a few other places, I didn't realize it was still available. It had been widely sold some years ago, and it's unfortunate that it was overshadowed by more recently marketed and flashier sets. Circulon's original cookware (classic or total, same product) is great stuff, not fancy but durable, efficient and comfortable to use.

Great set and quality. However, small skillet (8.5") and 6" sauce pan have not lids. This makes me quite unhappy and I do not know why cookware manufactures do this to us. I checked with others and it irritates them too. Who decides which pans should have lids. I would gladly pay a little more to have a full set of lids.
