Shipping and packaging was all fine. There is nothing wrong with the seller. However the product is mediocre: the magnets are weak and not up to a viable strength to be used for the intended purpose. You should not buy this if you need a strong magnet or are working with thinner sheet metals. It says 25lb/11.3kg pull force, but I highly doubt the accuracy of this claim.
