Seller said product was out of stock and asked twice if I would like a refund. I answered the seller both times stating I would like a refund despite the seller trying to talk me out of a refund. Seller never refunded me. I received the product weeks later when I didn’t want it. Product also came from Amazon. I shop on eBay to support mom and pop business. I don’t support Amazon!! Product normally is $19 bucks, seller was charging $45. Garbage…don’t recommend this seller.

Hadn’t shipped 5 days after purchased, messaged seller twice asking when they would ship, marked shipped, no tracking, all of a sudden tracking pops up 3 days after supposed delivery but no package, opened case against seller, no response, sends replacement day after payment should have been refunded, had already ordered radios somewhere else, buyer only responded after shipping replacement, wasted alot of my time

Hello Mr John First, I apologize for everything that happened regarding the delay in shipping, but believe me, it was shipped for the first time two days after ordering the wireless, then the item was lost on the way because of the shipping company, and it was shipped again immediately.
