They sent the wrong hardware, passage instead of privacy. The packaging was brand new and all hardware arrived in original manufacturer boxes. To their credit they acknowledged the mistake and apologized for the error. The return process was very smooth with the refund and shipping label quickly processed. Anyone can make a mistake and this was just an honest error so no need to ding them, especially when they worked it out so quickly. Would definitely buy them again when a chance arises.
