It came with 2 busted USB ports, the Seller offered to return it and send a replacement, but I never heard anything else and didn't have time to wait anymore. I had to go buy a USB hub from Walmart (not ideal for what I am doing, hints as to why I bought this model). The second picture is of my cat not approving.

It was my fault for the busted USB ports, however:
1. it was the buyer who declined my replacement offer.
2. I offered to pay him a partial refund to cover his cost, was waiting for him to reply to my message to see if he's ok with my proposal.
3. Never replied to my message regarding the partial refund, and now trying to accuse me of being the one who didn't respond.
