This is not the first time I have won bid on this item, only to be canceled. There's something wrong that he is selling it this cheap, holding it up a week and then canceling order. Obviously a new seller so I think it's just somebody going through a bunch of seller IDs.  do not see what benefit doing this can have, but it has happened.
