Epoxy
I used it on a worsen out shaft that had a bad spot where the pulley went on the exhaust fan pulley. Cleaned the shaft then mixed the two parts of epoxy in the amount that thought I'd use on the project. Coated the area to be repaired with a pop cycle stick as smooth as possible. Let harden till the next day. Took a file and smooth till close to the size of rest of the shaft. Sliding the pulley on an off till close again. Then used emery sand paper to fine tune till the pulley slide on nice an snug. Put exhaust fan back together. Has been working very well sense. A lot less vibration.
