Cable originally supplied is RG59 75 Ohm catv type. Antenna is 50Ohm output impedance, so requires RG 58 or equivalent 50Ohm cable to connect. Seller corrected this problem very quickly upon notice. So very happy with how the seller conducts business! Antenna is 40dB gain version which requires 50ma at 5-18V. Nominally 12VDC to be injected. So not able to directly couple to a gps receiver unless it’s capable of supplying this much current/ voltage. A bias tee needed. A high quality antenna.
