Listed as NEW…came with no new packaging (all were loose) and one item has a very wobbly wheel with showing stress marks to indicate the reason for the wheel being out of line. Seller offers nothing…but says to enjoy the product. Two have friction pull back—third one doesn’t. Will not buy from again.
