The description can go to a five, because when it arrived from a different vender it is as described. The communication was weak because I was asked to call a number, which I did numerous times, and the operator response was always call could not be completed as dialed, check your number and try again . The shipping time is weak because though it was said shipped on the 5th, it must not have been because USPS tracking always responded waiting for the item from the vender.
