I ordered the item with an old address by mistake. I contacted the seller to redirect to my address or cancel so i could reorder and they refused to accommodate me. The package went to the old address and I don't even live in that state so I spent money on a item and did not received it

1. You need to update your ebay. Your item was shipped to the address ebay gave me. I shipped the item you ordered immediately to the address you provided to ebay. How is it the sellers fault when you fail to update your information. 2. Ebay does not allow us to change and ship to an address other than the address provided by ebay and you.
