First, the product: item (finally) arrived in good condition, packaged well, and was shipped quickly.
The shipping: I don’t think this was the seller’s fault, but my package was held up at some point with no updated tracking info available. It took much longer than expected.
That all being said, the seller took full responsibility and remained in communication throughout the process. Overall, a good transaction.

Item took a long time to get here and when it arrived it was the wrong color. I ordered black and it was silver. They looked like women’s earrings! I’m a man! Even the box they came in was marked black so quality control must be awfully poor. When I contacted the vendor twice and didn’t hear back promptly I figured I would make the best of a bad situation and tried them on. They sounded pretty good but they hurt my ears so bad I couldn’t wear them. I finally gave up and threw them out .

Didn't receive: 3+ weeks at shipping site with no movement. Store doesn't show US location, though I'd chosen US only. Did get refund. They accused another buyer of leaving malicious feedback, who had an experience like I did -- which isn't cool when it's the seller not being forthcoming about where it's shipping from (& never arriving). That's why I am leaving feedback, not cool to lie about other buyers. I wasn't going to leave a negative feedback though deserved until I saw that.
