Good shaver
Charges pretty quickly, it does give you smooth glide across your skin. The turbo boost is pretty neat too. The only complaint I have is where the on off button is located. It is very easy to accidentally hit it when you are shaving and it cuts off. The contour of the handle and where the button is in my opinion isn't ideal. I actually have to shave with it backwards to keep from hitting it as I shave my head. No, no and NO!
As a veteran user of Norelco since 2005, they are NOT getting better; they are far "worser." I'll stick to my 2013 PT730 and just resharpen the blades as I've been doing. Haven't had to buy any new blades in years thanks to resharpening the heads. The shave is FAR superior to this supposedly "new" 6500. It is just "clickbait" to buy a new one. It stinks. This 6500 is uncomfortable, pulls at whiskers and is terrible around the chin; just flat out underperforms. Yes it's nice to charge in an hour, but that's not worth the discomfort and having to change heads for the trimmer. Just a poor design and OVERPRICED version of a much better machine from previous years. I refused to pay the $90 retail and only paid $39 on eBay about 18 months ago. OK but not good enough
The shaver works very well. It does not work as well as my norelco shaver that is one piece. It does work better than the inexpensive norelco shaver I bought to put in travel case a few years ago. I will use this shaver in my travel case and continue to use my deluxe norelco daily. I do object to having to take the head off to put the clipper on. My other shavers have the clipper on the body and all I have to do is push a button to use it.The shaver works very well. It does not work as well as my norelco shaver that is one piece.
