Item was exactly as pictured and described. Item shipped in a sealed plastic Ziploc baggie inside of a shipping envelope. When opened, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Allowing it to hang and air out dissipated the smell. Also, a shipping cost of $9.80 seemed a bit high as the item was very light and small. However, the shipping cost was clearly stated prior to purchase, so I understood that.
