Overall had a positive experience with Seller. Tracking provided accurate arrival times. Product is new and is working fine, very quiet. The only downside is that this seller (and others) don't re-box the product, which I would prefer mainly to protect it. And also to maintain privacy of items delivered to my door. Also, shipping cost was pretty steep; for the $20 price I would look for an overnight or 2-day delivery.
