Can't live without it
I have a disability with use of one arm and neck. To do anything while on the phone I can't get it done holding the phone. I need the headset to get it done! The Panasonic brand is great. Durability could be improved. I need a new one about every 1 year to 18 months. Aside from that I can easily talk on my Panasonic landline phone because it has the headphone plug. I work from home 4 days a week so use this for office conference calls. I have 2 issues with this : a) headphone sound is too loud - but not crisp - more bass and less treble b) the movable mic part has to be exactly in front of your mouth - little bit here & there it moves - I have people complaining on the other end that they hear me far away. At a fraction of the price of the higher end bluetooth headsets, this sturdy unit is a fantastic alternative particularly if you don't mind the cord (I don't) and can clip your cordless phone to your hip (I can). Lightweight, good sound quality and very adjustable
The sound quality is good and it's very light so it's comfortable to wear for long periods. The adjustable handle lets it fit different size heads; I even use it when I'm wearing a cap. I wish it had it's own mute and volume controls but I'm still happy with my purchase.
