    We use this for Deaf people that have less language skills. I ordered these because Deaf friends wanted to learn how to spell English or Spanish words. We are in a tri-lingual community. So far I have purchased about 10 copies

    What a phenomenal book!

    This picture dictionary is an incredible took for learning Spanish and for teaching English to those whose primary language is Spanish. It has been a life-saver. I would recommend this book, and any other Oxford picture dictionary for other languages as well. The book was in excellent condition and arrived promptly.

    The Oxford Picture Dictionary by Jayme Adelson-Goldstei

    My Spanish instructor suggested everyone in class purchase the book, for it provides vocabulary that is used everyday, from car parts to sports events that are never taught. This larger version of the picture dictionary provides even more vocabulary than the shorter version. The pictures help solidify the word in one's mind. I find the book extremely useful and helpful.
