MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS NO COMMUNICATION!!! Catalytic converter IS NOT A DIRECT FIT for the 2.5L 2013 Ford Fusion SE - required cutting the main bracket, re-shaping it to bend around the axle and then re-welding. A two hour job took several days but most of that was just waiting for these jokers to NOT RESPOND while my wife's car sat there in pieces. TOTALLY LAME! I've been an Ebayer since 2007 - this is the first time I've left negative feedback.
