The item did not look brand new as advertised (I assume it may have been oversight) and had some thermopaste residue, but it was a perfect replacement, instal was without any issue and it functions well so we are happy with the purchase. Item arrived even earlier than estimated in secure packaging and excellent condition; aptly listed. Unfortunately, this keyboard is near-impossible to replace on its own, and an entire palm rest is the best solution.
Seller provided timely responses to inquiries, and the refund was prompt upon seller receiving the return. I would 100% do business again should the need for another listed product arise!

item listed as new. Came in with a manufacturer's refurbished sticker. Seller clearly either truly does not know the difference between new and refurbished or is hoping no one notices. Communication did not help as they just kept saying it came from manufacturer. Refund was prompt.
