    The pros are these capelets work about 15 minutes after taking them. I have cramps in my legs quite often and I can definitely say Hyland's Leg Cramp over the counter medication can be counted on to work well.

    It helps with leg cramps!

    I have been getting leg cramps and wanted to find something to help me stop from getting it and this totally worked. I just use it when I feel the verge that it is gonna happen and it works in llike 15-20 mins.
