These do exactly as advertised. They are warm. A box of 40 is good as you will need to use more than one. After about 10-15 minutes you will feel the warmth. Shake occassionally to keep the activation going. I tested one and it lasted about 12 hrs. Be caredfull when opening the box of warmers. Don't use anything sharp. The warmers are not protected.
