One big downside was delivery. I understand the signature part but the seller blocked my ability to manage my delivery on Fed Ex. As a result the delivery guy showed up 3X at the exact same time 1:30 pm and could not deliver because requiring an in person signature. I tried to make the delivery time later but I could not. The third try I happen to be working from home and received the lap top. The lap top is great!

1) price inflated for eBay’s sale that they had going on. The price as I checked when writing this review has conveniently dropped since
2) The item was listed as NEW IN BOX and perhaps it was but the amount of stickers on the box (not from Apple) and the damage to the box makes me think otherwise
3) It was shipped in a padded envelope. For electronics? The box was smashed upon arrival
4) Seller communication was sparse.
