Skirt was brand new with tags and in perfect condition, as advertised. Seller was very responsive and sent a message the first day that even though it would not show the tracking it would arrive on time.
It was packaged nicely to protect the garment, and it arrived on time, seller used a beautiful stamp.
Shipping cost was amazing $1 so I understand why the tracking wasn't updating, you save using this method.
