Very poor experience w seller and transaction. Seller sent product withoht instructions (even though listing said they would be included). When all rotifers died due to my lack of knowledge of care to provide seller first tried to finagle out of sending replacement, then stopped responding altogether once they realized it was their error. I'd recommend you shop elsewhere

This buyer killed the items that arrived alive and 3 days later contacted me asking for replacements because he killed them. That goes against our policies. Instructions are posted under the item description so saying there were no instructions is a lie.
